This private swimming pool cost about $3,000,000 to build, $1,200 per month for electricity, and other costs to maintain. The 600,000 gallon resort-style residential pool was constructed in a pond outside Huston, Texas.
Features include a $70,000 slide, multiple rock waterfalls, a concrete gumnut tree with a rope swing, a spa that seats 25 to 30 people next to a $200,000 sunken bar, $250,000 Florida palm trees, playground, outdoor BBQ, and an incredible hammock lounge. There’s even a theme park-like attraction 500 foot, adjustable speed lazy river.
